Sidney Scones is licensed, insured, FOODSAFE qualified and all products are baked out of a VIHA approved commercial kitchen.

Below is just a taste of the flavours that I’ve created since starting out on this endeavour. I’m always creating in the kitchen and often coming up with new and exciting flavours for each season and new event.
STRAIGHT UP – A proper classic… moist, tender, and flaky. Currants or raisins can be added upon request.
EARL OF GREY – Organic loose leaf cream of earl grey tea + sweet vanilla bean scone, drizzled with a silky browned butter glaze.
CRANBERRY ORANGE – A freshly zested and juiced organic orange + sweet cranberry scone, drizzled with a creamy white chocolate ganache.
BLUE COCO – A juicy blueberry and flaked coconut scone, topped with a sweet + tart lemon glaze.
SALTY APPLE – A flaky scone full of fresh apple + warm cinnamon, glazed with a luscious fleur de sel caramel sauce.
GINGERBREAD – A moist & spicy scone full of fresh ginger, homemade gingerbread spice mix & molasses – the topped with a silky vanilla cream cheese glaze.
COOKIES + CREAM- A moist and buttery scone, full of Oreo cookie morsels, topped with a creamy white chocolate ganache and dusted with cookie crumbles.
RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE – Scrumptious raspberries + smooth chunks of white chocolate, drizzled with a creamy white chocolate vanilla bean ganache.
CHOCOLATE CHERRY – A tender buttery scone filled with chocolate chips + juicy organic cherries, topped with rich chocolate ganache and a luscious organic cherry glaze.
CARAMEL MACCHIATO – freshly pressed espresso + warm vanilla bean fill this moist scone which is topped off with organic turbinado sugar and a luscious homemade caramel sauce.
CHOCOLATE COCONUT – A moist scone filled with flaked coconut + chips of chocolate, topped off with a rich chocolate ganache.
PISTACHIO CRANBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE – Freshly ground pistachios + tart and juicy cranberries, drizzled with a sweet white chocolate ganache and sprinkled with pistachios.
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE – A buttery graham cracker scone laced with juicy strawberries, drizzled with a vanilla bean cream cheese glaze.
HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS – A moist, buttery vanilla bean scone, drenched in a sweet cream glaze + showered with rainbow sprinkles.
LEMON POPPYSEED – A classic scone dappled with poppy seeds, drizzled with fresh, mouth watering lemon glaze.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB – A moist vanilla bean scone full of tart + juicy morsels of rhubarb and topped with a luscious organic strawberry glaze. Sometimes this scone is reversed with a scrumptious rhubarb glaze and full of strawberries!
PASSIONFRUIT WHITE CHOCOLATE + MACADAMIA – A buttery vanilla bean scone full of macadamia nuts + creamy white chocolate, then topped with sweet + tart glaze made of pure passionfruit pulp/juice.
CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT – Moist and flaky, filled with freshly ground up hazelnuts and bits of chocolate dappled throughout. Topped with a luscious chocolate ganache and more freshly ground hazelnuts.
THE SAVOURY – Sharp cheddar + fresh green onion.
BASIL PARM – A savoury parmesan scone filled with freshly chopped basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
THE STUFFY SCONE – Buttery and flaky, filled with soft morsels of sweet onion, fresh celery and sage. It encompasses the delicious smells and flavours of a turkey dinner. One of my favourite creations.
SPINACH + FETA & DILL – A moist, flakey scone filled with organic spinach, savoury feta and fresh dill.

Market Pricing Guide
During the summer (June-August) you’ll see me every Thursday evening from 5:30-8:30pm at the Sidney Street Market. I’m also at the Crafted Farmhouse Market hosted at the Mary Winspear Centre for their autumn market in October and spring market in March.
